Our chains have been used in Sludge Collectors.

Challenges

Our chains contribute to the stable operation of sewage treatment facilities that continue to operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The Moto-Arakawa Waste Water Treatment Plant is a final treatment plant for the sewage in the northern left bank basin of the Arakawa River, and cleanly treats sewage generated from the northern basin of the left bank of the Arakawa River in Saitama Prefecture (Kumagaya City, Gyoda City, Konosu City, Kitamoto City and Okegawa City). The water is then released into the Moto-Arakawa River.

Effects and Advantages

Because chains for sludge collectors are used in sewage, they must be stable even in corrosive environments and must be able to be used for long periods of time.
Moto-Arakawa Waste Water Treatment Plant has been using our sludge collector chains due to our long standing delivery track record.

Features and Evaluation

We will continue to strive to maintain and develop people’s lives and business activities through the stable operation of the facilities.

Moto-Arakawa Waste Water Treatment Plant

Moto-Arakawa Waste Water Treatment Plant not only strives to stably treat the constantly flowing sewage, but also takes environmentally friendly measures.
A portion of the cleanly treated water is channeled into a biotope waterway on the premises, creating an environment where flora and fauna can live in conditions close to nature. In addition, the facility actively installs energy-saving equipment to reduce the amount of electricity used at the facility. In addition, efforts are being made to work together with the surrounding area, such as by developing the space above the treatment facility as a field and opening it up as a soccer field.
