We, ZEXUS CHAIN Co., Ltd. have recently received reports about the existence of roller chains sold under the brand name “Hitachi” in the Philippines.
The ZEXUS CHAIN Co., Ltd. changed its brand name from “Hitachi” to “SENQCIA” in 2016, and “SENQCIA” to “ZEXUS” in 2022. Accordingly, aside from “Hitachi Metals Techno, Ltd.”
products sold before 2016, no roller chains bearing the “Hitachi” mark distributed in the Philippines are our products.
Therefore, if you are looking for our roller chains, please confirm that the roller chains you purchase are actually our original products. Additionally, if you are approached by someone promoting a roller chain under the brand name “Hitachi”, please let us know.
