Notice Concerning the Acquisition of Shares of Sugiyama Chain Co., Ltd and integration of International sales department with ZEXUS

ZEXUS CHAIN Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “ZEXUS”) hereby announces that it has acquired all shares of Sugiyama Chain Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “SUGIYAMA”), a company engaged in the manufacture and sale of transmission roller chains, making SUGIYAMA a wholly owned subsidiary of ZEXUS in April 2025 and further announces that the sales team was integrated with the sales teams of ZEXUS effective April 1st, 2026.
