ZEXUS CHAIN Co., Ltd. (hereinafter \u201cZEXUS\u201d) hereby announces that it has acquired all shares of Sugiyama Chain Co., Ltd. (hereinafter \u201cSUGIYAMA\u201d), a company engaged in the manufacture and sale of transmission roller chains, making SUGIYAMA a wholly owned subsidiary of ZEXUS in April 2025 and further announces that the sales team was integrated with the sales teams of ZEXUS effective April 1st, 2026.<\/p>\n
